The founder of this initiative is Izak Labuschagne.

Izak is also the founder of Control Group Blood Bank and Actio popularis

​ Izak heads up an actio popularis Commission of inquiry, and an international initiative of the same name which is aimed at protecting the legal rights of the non-vaccinated and the prosecution of persons who have breached those rights.

​ He is also MD of Mobi Door company designed to assist post COVID lock-down victims and people wanting to engage in business immigration to Australia.
